近日高雄登革熱疫情嚴峻,多處已經實施環境與室內噴藥,也出現了好幾位因為噴藥造成過敏症狀的患者。

警語:
用藥禁忌以及副作用:多重疾病患者,長期使用多種西藥,或者長期使用類固醇患者,無論是擦的還是吃的,有可能發生中西藥交互作用,常見副作用為水腫,水腫發生則禁用必須停藥。

青黛過敏現象:雖然青黛為天然物,但仍有少部分患者可能發生過敏反應,如果擦完青黛凝膠或者洗完青黛泡泡露後暫時性的癢痛為正常的藥物作用,但如果持續加重的紅腫癢痛為過敏現象,須立即停用。

薬剤散布が必要な状況は? 衛生局は疑似病例の通報を受けた場合。病例の居住地、職場、その他感染の可能性のある場所。ウイルスの血液中での存在が2時間以上続く場所。これらの条件が満たされる場合、関連する防疫作業を48時間以内に実施します。
薬剤散布を受けたくない場合は? 感染症対策が最優先であり、人命に関わります。
衛生局の孳生源の除去や検査に協力しない場合、感染病予防法第70条に基づき、3000台湾ドルから1万5000台湾ドルの罰金が科せられる可能性があります。自宅での防疫作業を強制的に実施する通知がある場合、自宅にいない場合、衛生局(または関連者)は感染病予防法第38条に基づいて、鍵を強制的に開けて防疫作業を実施する可能性があります。
現場で病媒蚊の孳生源が発見された場合、感染病予防法第70条に基づき、3000台湾ドルから1万5000台湾ドルの罰金が科せられる可能性があります。

If disease-carrying mosquito breeding sites are found on the spot, fines ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 New Taiwan Dollars may be imposed under Article 70 of the Communicable Disease Control Act.
